Step 1

  • Think of the positive behavior and belief that you want to have instead –

  • When you think of that, do you have a picture?

  • What are the: (V) Images (A) Sounds (K) Feelings (L) Where are they?


“Is it alright with your unconscious mind for you to dislike __________

today, and for you to be consciously aware of it?”

What is it that you like that you wish you didn’t? What’s something that’s similar

As you think about how much you like that now, but that you absolutely dislike?

do you have a picture in your mind? As you think about how much

Step 2. Find Possible Drivers


  • “So, when you think about how much you like that first thing, do you have a clear all-encompassing picture?”

  • “Is it alright with your unconscious mind for you to turn this transformation into an unconscious and permanent behavior

  • Change the submodalities of the item in column one, to those of the item in column two.

  • Lock “You know the sound a Master Lock makes when you close it?

  • Test: Now, what about that old thing you used to like? How’s it different now?

  • Future Pace: “Imagine a time in the future when, if it had happened in the past, you might have been tempted to eat ___________, and tell me what you do instead.”

  • What is a limiting belief about yourself that you wish you didn’t believe?

  • Come up with definition of how this makes you feel. (This will be your “Even Thou” statement).

  • Always calibrate on how V A K L Give it a number.

  • Run exercise. Associate.

  • Pay attention to pop ups. Add them to the exercise.

  • Relax and breathe deeply twice at the end of each segment.

  • Think of a positive belief that you want to have instead –the opposite of the limiting belief you used to have. When you think of that, do you have a picture?”

  • Come up with an overall definition of how this makes you feel. (This will be your “I AM” statement).

  • Bring up the contrast in the present tense, stating it in the “Now”. These are your positive anchors.

  • Run the exercise. Associate.

  • Relax and breathe deeply twice at the end of each section. . BREATHING LOVE, EXHALING PEACE.

  • Run the process X times with all your positives in each section.

Positive Affirmation Daily Thoughts:

  1. I accomplish my desires easily, effortlessly, and simply and the changes stay with me permanently.

  2. As I switch the cravings for fattening or unhealthy stuff and choose healthier foods and drinks effortlessly and easily, I turn this transformation into an unconscious and permanent behavior.

  3. I choose to love myself.
